1. Order Cancellation by Customer

You may request cancellation of your order only before it has been processed or shipped.

  • Reason for cancellation

If your order has already been shipped or delivered, cancellation cannot be processed.

2. Cancellation by ShipExams

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Payment verification failure
  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Product unavailability
  • Bulk/duplicate/flagged suspicious orders
  • Technical errors in pricing or listing

In such cases, the customer will be notified, and a full refund will be issued (if payment was received).

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only under the following conditions:

Eligible for Refund
  • Order cancelled before processing/shipping
  • Duplicate payment made accidentally
  • Damaged or defective product received (proof required)
  • Product not delivered due to logistical failure
Not Eligible for Refund
  • Digital Products (PDFs, e-books, downloads)
    Digital items are considered delivered immediately and are non-refundable.
  • Orders already shipped or delivered in good condition
  • “Change of mind” after dispatch
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Refusal to accept delivery without valid reason

4. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days
  • Certain banks or wallets may take additional time to reflect the amount

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.

5. Replacement Policy

For damaged or defective physical products:

  • Submit a complaint within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos/videos of:
    • Package
    • Product in damaged condition

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

6. Non-Delivery

If your order is marked delivered but not received:

  • Report within 48 hours
  • We will coordinate with the courier for investigation
  • Replacement/refund may be provided based on courier confirmation

7. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees (if applicable):

  • Are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched
  • Will not be reimbursed for returns unless the issue is caused by ShipExams
